Combining brand strategy, applied positive psychology, and design thinking, I coach both creative individuals and leaders to envision and then develop purposeful and meaningful plans for themselves or their organizations. 

Eventually, as a consultant I support them in creating practical pathways to bring those plans to life, armed with my experience of the industry over the past 2 decades, and a deep understanding of the challenges they face.

My support is both non-directive as a coach in the first part of the relationship, and it may become a directive oriented, if my role evolves from a coach to a biz consultant.
